AMICABLE RESOLUTIONS
Amicable Resolutions offers you and your loved ones the following services at affordable costs taking away much of the stress and heartache associated with most legal fees.
A private, confidential, and co-operative process in which an impartial person (mediator) supports individuals to resolve conflict and settle differences. It is a voluntary process where participants maintain control of the outcome, without resolutions or agreements being imposed on them.
Conflict Coaching is a one-on-one process in which a trained coach helps individuals gain increased competence and confidence to independently manage their interpersonal disputes or to assist them in having a difficult conversation with someone or to engage in any alternative dispute resolution, such as negotiations and mediation.
Conflict coaching brings together coaching and alternative dispute resolution in a powerful process which supports people to reach their goals in the way they manage conflict.
In conflict coaching, the client, not the conflict coach, is responsible for the outcome.
